This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design, implement, and consistently enhance initiatives related to organizational development, talent development, employee engagement, onboarding, employee feedback, and learning.
• Oversee employee engagement, onboarding, pulse, and various employee feedback surveys.
• Analyze workforce data and employee feedback to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports, dashboards, and insights for HR and business stakeholders.
• Present insights and recommendations to HR leaders, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Assist in action planning and monitor progress towards engagement objectives.
• Facilitate leadership and manager development programs, talent reviews, succession planning, and talent assessments.
• Suggest initiatives that bolster internal talent mobility and career development.
• Manage and improve onboarding programs, processes, plans, and employee transition experiences.
• Aid in change management, culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience initiatives.
• Contribute to projects focused on workforce effectiveness and organizational performance.
• Support enterprise learning, leadership development, compliance training, new-hire onboarding, and learning technologies.
• Identify learning and development requirements and collaborate on the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs.
• Track learning metrics and participant feedback, recommending enhancements as needed.
• Assist with compliance learning administration, reporting, and tracking of completion.
• Collaborate with HR Systems, IT, and vendors on improvements to learning technology.
• Advocate for adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
• Foster vendor relationships and external learning partnerships.
• Ensure alignment among learning, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational priorities.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Communications, and business leaders to improve employee experiences and organizational capabilities.
• Proven experience in implementing programs for employee engagement, talent development, learning, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience in administering employee feedback initiatives, surveys, and listening programs.
• Track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects and building collaborative partnerships.
• Exceptional facilitation, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience utilizing workforce analytics and employee feedback data to inform organizational decision-making.
• Capability to influence without direct authority and achieve results through collaboration and partnership.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Considerable professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting Learning & Development programs and learning technologies.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning, employee engagement platforms, talent management systems, and workforce analytics tools.
• Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CPTD, Prosci, Kotter, or similar professional qualifications.
