This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to create and execute organizational development strategies that align with the business objectives.
β’ Collect and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to pinpoint discrepancies between the current and desired organizational conditions.
β’ Assist with organization design efforts, which include team alignment, discovery processes, stakeholder feedback, and future-state organizational design.
β’ Oversee workstreams related to large-scale organizational design projects and independently manage small to mid-scale OD projects.
β’ Aid benchmarking initiatives and propose enhancements for organizational effectiveness.
β’ Create organizational structures/charts, operating and governance models, and process maps.
β’ Foster relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners.
β’ Develop tailored approaches that align business strategies with organizational structure, leadership, and culture.
β’ Identify organizational development solutions across structure, processes, systems, and personnel.
β’ Design and facilitate workshops and critical alignment and planning events.
β’ Perform change impact assessments and develop communication plans and materials.
β’ Collaborate with learning, communications, compensation, and talent acquisition partner teams.
β’ Promote the adoption of new structures and operational methods through change integration, workshops, and learning coordination.
β’ Monitor post-implementation success metrics, conduct reviews and benchmarking, and suggest modifications to enhance adoption.
β’ Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is necessary.
β’ Experience in gathering and synthesizing data to facilitate informed decision-making.
β’ Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management (e.g., PROSCI or similar methodologies).
β’ Proven track record in managing change initiatives within complex, matrixed environments.
β’ Previous experience in internal consulting or HR strategy positions is preferred.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to explain complex or technical concepts and processes in easy-to-understand terms for diverse audiences.
β’ Demonstrated project management capabilities.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
β’ Familiarity with presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Strong business acumen.
β’ Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify significant themes.
β’ Effectively interact with and influence executive leaders.
β’ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
β’ Capacity to initiate project plans with minimal supervision.
β’ Discretion in managing confidential information.
β’ Opportunity for remote/virtual work arrangements.
β’ Overnight travel is typically less than 5% of the time.
