This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide supply-side data for RFP responses and facilitate a scalable deal sign-off process.
• Assess proposed deals against existing capabilities, identify potential conflicts, and work with Sales to resolve any limitations.
• Advise on the design and creation of target lists utilizing both internal and external data sources.
• Manage provider availability and inventory checks comprehensively, evaluating HCP supply against campaign needs and identifying constraints proactively to prevent delivery issues.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to ensure inventory tools are in sync with network forecasting.
• Act as the operational link between Analytics, Commercial Operations, and Client Services regarding inventory-related inquiries.
• Provide regular inventory reports to commercial leadership to guide sales strategies and priorities.
• Track network health metrics and collaborate with commercial teams to respond appropriately.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, capacity management, or a similar operations field.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in utilizing data tools to conduct searches, interpret results, and present clear recommendations.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to handle competing priorities and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or data-driven B2B environments is advantageous.
