This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee a team of mid-market sales representatives dedicated to converting leads and driving revenue growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Monitor and assess individual and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback to boost productivity.
• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with sales representatives to evaluate performance, address challenges, and strategize for success.
• Manage the sales pipeline and guide representatives throughout the sales cycle, from initial lead to closing.
• Participate in customer calls to provide strategic support, facilitate deal progression, and offer real-time coaching.
• Utilize VAR, distributor, and reseller partnerships to enhance pipeline generation, expedite deal cycles, and improve win rates through co-selling.
• Train sales representatives on how to engage, activate, and collaborate effectively with channel partners.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales teams on territory strategy, partner engagement, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Strengthen and expand partner relationships to enhance pipeline and revenue growth.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas needing improvement, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Work with marketing on lead generation, campaigns, and messaging.
• Refine and optimize sales processes and tools.
• Stay informed about Keeper's products, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Foster a high-energy, positive sales culture.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the SaaS cybersecurity industry, preferably with mid-market sales teams.
• Experience in selling privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
• A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
• Proven expertise in leveraging channel partnerships (VARs, distributors, resellers) to generate pipeline, influence deals, and close business.
• Established ability to coach and develop sales teams in effective partner engagement strategies and best practices within the channel.
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, lead qualification, and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for inspiring and developing a team.
• A data-driven approach with experience in analyzing sales metrics for informed decision-making.
• Capability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving market environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, equipped to handle challenges and devise creative solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
