This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of established learning and development initiatives, including programs from the HRS Leadership Institute
• Assist in the creation of new programs that align with the organizational objectives, mission, and the needs of members
• Convert priorities into actionable operational plans, roadmaps, and measurable results
• Simultaneously manage multiple programs while maintaining thorough project management records
• Guide the complete program lifecycle management process, encompassing planning, execution, evaluation, and ongoing enhancement
• Create performance metrics and reporting systems
• Ensure timely delivery of programs that meet scope, budget, and quality standards
• Apply risk mitigation strategies, change management, and best practices for process standardization
• Develop and lead healthcare and medical society programs and initiatives, including HRS LEAP
• Guarantee adherence to society regulations, accreditation standards, and grant obligations
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, committees, subject matter experts, partners, vendors, and advocacy organizations
• Convert emerging healthcare trends in electrophysiology into practical programs
• Create and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation strategies
• Support revenue-generating efforts such as sponsorships, grants, and new educational programs
• Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor performance, outcomes, and return on investment (ROI)
• Assess program effectiveness and produce reports for executive leadership, boards, and funders
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related discipline
• 4–7 years of demonstrated program management experience, showcasing an escalation in role and responsibilities
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder programs or portfolios
• Working knowledge of healthcare systems, clinical settings, and/or medical associations
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and both internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with CME/CE, quality improvement collaboratives, or membership-based programs
• Program Management Certification (PgMP) or an equivalent credential is preferred
• Experience within a medical society, healthcare association, foundation, or nonprofit setting is advantageous
