
Manager β M&A Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of post-LOI activities through Day 100 for each tuck-in integration.
β’ Collaborate with acquiring-brand GMs and coordinate with corporate finance, HR, IT, and marketing.
β’ Develop integration plans that ensure Day 1 readiness, along with 30/60/100-day milestones, decision logs, and risk registers.
β’ Act as the primary contact for sellers and their leadership during the closing and transition phases.
β’ Create offers, communications, and onboarding processes for technicians, installers, and customer service representatives.
β’ Partner with HR on offer letters, benefits transition, pay-plan mapping, and ensuring licensing continuity.
β’ Oversee seller and key employee transition agreements, earnout mechanics, and customer handoff processes.
β’ Lead the migration to field service management, ERP, payroll/HRIS, phone/call-tracking, and dispatch systems.
β’ Ensure the conversion of customer data, open jobs, warranties, service agreements, AR/AP, and price books without service interruptions.
β’ Manage the coordination of licenses, permits, insurance, bonding, DOT and fleet registration, vendor accounts, leases, and utility transfers.
β’ Schedule brand rebranding efforts while safeguarding inbound call volume and reviewing equity.
β’ Create and maintain a version-controlled integration playbook, RACI, timelines, templates, diligence lists, and a Day 1 kit.
β’ Develop integration dashboards and scorecards; conduct retrospectives after each deal.
β’ Train brand GMs and future integration managers on best practices.
β’ Contribute to operational diligence and provide input on integration cost and timing assumptions for deal models.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A integration, PMO, operations leadership, or consulting.
β’ Experience managing at least two integrations from start to finish.
β’ Direct experience in home services, skilled trades, or another multi-site, technician-driven business.
β’ Ability to compose process documentation that is practical and user-friendly.
β’ Comfortable working with founders and family-owned businesses; possesses high empathy and candor.
β’ Strong project management skills and discipline.
β’ Willingness to travel on short notice as required.
β’ Experience with ServiceTitan implementation or migration is a plus.
β’ Background in a PE-backed roll-up or platform company is preferred.
β’ Financial literacy to interpret a QoE, understand working capital adjustments, and monitor synergy capture is advantageous.
β’ Field or trade experience is considered a plus.
