This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate account strategies and plans that align with brand objectives and retailer goals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with retailer merchants, planners, business managers, digital teams, and visual merchandising partners.
• Convey account strategies, operational practices, trade calendars, significant events, and priorities to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee follow-ups from retailer meetings and requests.
• Take ownership of retail and E-Retail sales targets for designated U.S. accounts.
• Create and share seasonal trade calendars and commercial plans for E-Retail accounts.
• Enhance brand visibility across retailer digital platforms in collaboration with Marketing.
• Analyze sales performance, competitive activities, and the effectiveness of exposure, making necessary adjustments to plans.
• Manage daily account operations and execution of corporate programs.
• Organize the delivery of product launches, campaigns, and site-merchandising materials.
• Keep track of account calendars, written confirmations, demonstration agreements, and account documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and relay key account initiatives and status updates.
• Monitor E-Retail orders and address execution challenges.
• Oversee inventory levels and stock composition by account and location.
• Manage the distribution of promotional items, gifts, and promotional sets.
• Track retail sales and invoiced turnover while ensuring accurate account reporting.
• Share insights gained from retailers, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales Administration & Key Account Management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-Retail, Education, Field Sales, Visual Merchandising, Supply Planning, and retailer teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in account management, retail planning, or commercial roles within luxury beauty, fragrance, or a related premium consumer category.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with retailer portals, sales reporting, and digital asset or content management tools.
• Capability to develop account plans, execute retail events and programs, analyze sales and inventory, manage allocations and orders, and understand department store and specialty retail operations.
• Commercially oriented, highly organized, and detail-focused.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach.
• Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information.
• Willingness to travel and maintain flexible working hours based on business needs.
• Hybrid work arrangement; office presence is determined by company policy and business requirements.
