This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the Itemized Bill Review team, overseeing production expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), client communication, and team performance.
β’ Analyze and monitor internal business requirements and processes through documentation and workflow assessments.
β’ Assess functionality across various programs to ensure effective and precise reviews.
β’ Collect requirements to address process-related challenges necessitating development focus.
β’ Oversee team assignments and collaborate with other departments to fulfill both internal and external SLAs.
β’ Assign tasks and supervise special projects.
β’ Coordinate system upgrades, including the creation of JIRA tickets, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollout.
β’ Track team performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for growth and efficiency.
β’ Identify the needs of team members that require IT intervention.
β’ Develop and organize training materials, quality assurance processes, and workflows for dispute responses.
β’ Assist operations in relation to changes in organizational or client policies.
β’ Recognize and implement additional client savings based on evaluations and research.
β’ Serve as a liaison between Operations and Client Success to resolve client concerns.
β’ Organize and manage the onboarding process for new team members.
β’ Undertake other tasks as assigned.
β’ Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience conducting audits of itemized bills.
β’ At least 2 yearsβ experience in a leadership role.
β’ Demonstrated experience with healthcare industry software products and process development.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative team setting.
β’ Extensive understanding of audit standards, policies, and regulations, including medical chart reviews.
β’ Strong skills in project management and interpersonal relations.
β’ Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Proven track record of leading high-performing, dynamic teams.
β’ Ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced work environment.
β’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with effective teamwork and people management capabilities.
β’ Proficient in Windows office systems, including the full Microsoft Suite and Teams.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
β’ Familiarity with various software platforms and engagement with development teams.
β’ Work remotely from anywhere within the US.
