Manager, IT Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee project and program managers throughout all stages of the project life cycle.

• Conduct resource planning activities.

• Identify, track, assess, and report on program costs, operational budgets, staffing needs, resources, quality, and risks.

• Share knowledge and enhance team capabilities in IT, industry standards, business practices, and best practices.

• Achieve IT objectives through effective oversight and stakeholder management.

• Supervise the recruitment and training of both new and current employees.

• Carry out performance evaluations while providing leadership, technical direction, and coaching.

• Develop and convey organizational goals.

• Motivate and inspire team members to reach their targets.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship at present or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience gained through applicable knowledge, responsibilities, scope, and skills.

• Desired experience in Root Cause Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Relationship Management.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred.

• Background in Agile Management and Project Management is preferred.

• Experience in developing, tracking, and managing project budgets and timelines is preferred.

• Knowledge of Agile Management, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle is preferred.

• Capability to lead and manage teams effectively.

• Strong collaboration and team-building skills.

• Proficiency in coaching and providing constructive feedback.

• Ability to communicate effectively and make recommendations to senior management.

• Strong conflict management abilities.

• Proven negotiation skills.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is preferred.

• SAFe Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
