This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Spearhead strategic recruiting initiatives across designated regions.
• Own and manage the complete talent acquisition strategy, encompassing sourcing, talent mapping, employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment operations.
• Lead a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring alignment of talent planning, hiring strategies, and workforce mobility with business objectives.
• Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies across various functions and geographical locations.
• Utilize labor market intelligence, hiring trend data, and competitive benchmarking to refine recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams on recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Advance employer branding efforts through events, content, and outreach strategies.
• Enhance engagement with passive candidates and cultivate talent communities.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop recruiters through consultative recruiting and strategic hiring partnerships.
• Conduct performance management, mentorship, career development planning, one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and maintain regular team communications.
• Motivate the team through purpose-driven leadership, fostering an inclusive culture and clearly communicating priorities.
• Implement strategic hiring tactics, passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing plans, and utilization of recruitment technologies.
• Oversee programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and achieve hiring objectives.
• Ensure internal talent acquisition service level agreements (SLAs) are met and promptly address any gaps.
• Collaborate with internal Cielo teams and account leaders to onboard new clients.
• Provide guidance, conduct performance evaluations, and support the professional development of direct reports, including Recruiters, Sourcers, and Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
• A High School Diploma is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration is highly preferred.
• At least 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Prior leadership experience is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving results in dynamic, growth-focused environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading a corporate talent acquisition function, either in-house or within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model.
• Experience in overseeing strategic hiring initiatives and leading teams.
• Practical experience with contemporary recruitment technologies and talent marketing platforms, including ATS, CRM, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and employer branding solutions.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and consulting.
• Ability to influence and effectively collaborate with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and talent management partners.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making, process optimization, and clear communication of insights.
• Experience in leading or contributing to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives is a significant plus.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with using and implementing AI-driven recruitment tools is a notable advantage.
