This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for the implementation of new partnerships.
• Facilitate partner meetings while developing and maintaining project plans.
• Manage end-to-end technology setup.
• Take ownership of up to two simultaneous client implementations once fully trained.
• Provide on-site assistance during launch events.
• Supervise the delivery of educational and marketing materials.
• Convert partnership and market-specific details into actionable implementation plans.
• Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and address implementation challenges.
• Enhance implementation project management templates and the implementation playbook.
• Balance implementation responsibilities with broader business operations projects.
• Streamline toolkits and playbooks while enhancing manual processes.
• Collaborate across different functions to boost efficiency within operations and the clinical team.
• 4–6 years of experience with proven success in managing implementations from start to finish.
• Experience in healthcare implementation, preferably in a managed-services framework; SaaS implementation experience with strong operational oversight is also considered.
• Understanding of clinic operations, including the fundamentals of revenue cycles.
• Experience or aptitude for influencing provider behavior changes.
• Familiarity with EMR or EHR systems and their technical implementation components.
• Strong proactive problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities.
• Capability to independently drive projects, address challenges, and navigate ambiguity.
• Proficient in managing multiple ongoing workstreams and transitioning between client-facing implementation tasks and internal operations projects.
• Solid project management skills, including the development of project plans, templates, and playbooks.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills for independently leading partner meetings.
• Willingness to travel 20%–30% as required for on-site launches and partner meetings.
• Preferred: experience in oncology, behavioral health, or value-based care.
• Preferred: experience in high-growth, early-stage healthcare services startups.
• Preferred: background in healthcare management consulting.
• Preferred: expertise in performance analysis and translating data/findings into operational processes.
