Manager – Identity Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and direct the Identity consulting team, focusing on resource distribution, performance evaluation, and professional growth.

• Supervise the execution of Identity engagements, ensuring compliance with project scope, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.

• Act as a trusted consultant to clients regarding Identity and access management strategies.

• Develop delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices for Identity service offerings.

• Foster practice growth through pre-sales assistance, proposal creation, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure Identity offerings align with organizational objectives and market demands.

• Manage client relationships and guarantee the high-quality delivery of Identity solutions.

• Define methodologies and supervise project implementation.

• Link market needs with scalable service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required.

• Over 10 years of experience in Identity technologies.

• At least 5 years in practice management, delivery management, or a similar position.

• Hands-on experience in delivery leadership with enterprise identity platforms.

• Comprehensive knowledge of IAM, PAM, authentication, federation, directory services, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and cloud identity.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 30% for partner or customer engagements.

• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent qualifications.

• The ideal candidate will possess certifications with CyberArk, Okta, or CrowdStrike.

• Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms and services.

• Expert-level expertise in data communication networks and systems.

• Expert-level proficiency in security solutions, including Okta, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto, Proofpoint, CyberArk, SailPoint, Fastly, FireEye, and Fortinet.

• Expert-level knowledge of systems and infrastructure.

• Expert-level project management skills.

• Expert-level capabilities in data analysis.
