This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Provide support to 3 districts in Florida within the Stores operational framework and over 32 store locations.
β’ Collaborate directly with District Managers, Store Managers, and other organizational leaders on matters related to talent, culture, and capability.
β’ Manage performance evaluation processes and shape future methodologies in partnership with the Talent COE.
β’ Develop performance improvement plans and advise managers on issues related to performance.
β’ Execute and influence training and development programs.
β’ Oversee the onboarding process and offer continuous coaching.
β’ Lead succession planning efforts alongside district leadership.
β’ Utilize coaching, assessment, and observation techniques to nurture talent for future leadership roles.
β’ Address team member concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
β’ Conduct or oversee investigations and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
β’ Ensure recruitment processes and best practices align with staffing requirements.
β’ Assist in talent acquisition for specialized staffing challenges and difficult-to-fill positions.
β’ Draft job descriptions, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
β’ Advocate for a data-driven approach to selecting diverse and high-quality talent.
β’ Ensure that HR policies adhere to labor laws and regulations.
β’ Advise management on legal and ethical employment practices.
β’ Facilitate the consistent implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
β’ Employ HR metrics and data analysis for continuous improvement efforts.
β’ Generate reports and insights on HR KPIs, workforce analytics, and cultural dynamics.
β’ Champion initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
β’ Between 7-10 years of comprehensive experience.
β’ Strong grasp of employment law and policy management.
β’ In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
β’ Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and other pertinent software applications.
β’ Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time (approximately 2 weeks monthly).
β’ PHR/SPHR or SHRM Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ A Master's degree is preferred.
