This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the design, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of HR systems and processes.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for HR technology, guiding system strategy and optimization.
• Investigate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to enhance automation, data precision, and user experience.
• Manage daily HRIS administration, ensuring data integrity and user access control.
• Conduct audits, maintain system security, ensure compliance, and uphold data governance standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into system and reporting solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for system integrations, data governance, and technical enhancements.
• Identify and execute process improvements, integrations, and workflow optimizations.
• Lead or assist with cross-functional projects such as system upgrades, process redesigns, and enhancements in data and analytics.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, or subject matter expertise to colleagues without formal people leadership responsibilities.
• Perform additional functions, duties, and projects as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in HR systems administration, reporting, and analytics.
• Proficient in working with ADP.
• Comprehensive understanding of HRIS concepts, data structures, and integration principles.
• Expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and analytical solutions.
• Excellent communication and consultation abilities.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Capability to identify and implement process and system enhancements.
• Awareness of emerging HR technologies, including AI and automation.
• Commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• A Master's Degree and HR/HR technology certification are preferred but not mandatory.
