Manager, HR Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and mentor a team of HR specialists, focusing on performance, development, and daily tasks

• Manage escalations and intricate employee cases from initial contact to resolution

• Ensure high standards and consistency in case management

• Take responsibility for AskHR reporting and dashboard metrics

• Transform ticket and case data into actionable insights for HR leadership

• Assess knowledge base quality and address self-service deficiencies

• Lead initiatives for process enhancement and automation of routine tasks

• Handle immigration, global compliance, background checks, and reporting procedures

• Collaborate across functions with Payroll, IT, and other HR centers of excellence

⛳️ Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in HR, preferably within shared services, HR operations, or employee support settings

• One to two years of experience in a team leadership role

• Familiarity with case management and ticketing systems, such as Jira and Confluence

• Experience with dashboards or reporting tools is highly advantageous

• Good judgment in handling sensitive or unclear cases

• Ability to identify when a case requires further escalation

• Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS

• Exposure to global or multi-regional HR support

• Must successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process
