This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the U.S. GPUaaS channel strategy.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate key strategic partners, including solution providers like WWT.
• Formulate joint business plans with priority partners.
• Take ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced GPUaaS pipeline development and advancement through to closure.
• Manage the GPUaaS deal-registration process and ensure CRM data integrity.
• Establish repeatable partner enablement for GPUaaS positioning, workloads, infrastructure options, commercial constructs, and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to transform qualified partner opportunities into proposals, bids, negotiations, and bookings.
• Work alongside Product, Capacity/Operations, Finance, Legal, and Delivery on capacity, pricing, margin, contracting, and implementation readiness.
• Review the channel pipeline weekly and maintain precise CRM data.
• Generate executive-level partner reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Safeguard channel economics and ensure incentives are aligned with qualified incremental business.
• Provide market intelligence regarding partner demand, competitive offerings, pricing, workload trends, and client requirements.
• Oversee professional employees and/or channel resources while driving team performance.
• 7-9+ years of pertinent technology sales, channel, alliances, or business-development experience is required.
• Proven track record in building and scaling partner-led revenue initiatives in cloud, infrastructure, data center, AI, HPC, managed services, or related technology markets is strongly preferred.
• Experience in managing complex enterprise opportunities via channel partners and coordinating internal sales, product, finance, legal, operations, and delivery teams.
• Preferred experience in people management.
• Ability to lead through influence across both partner and matrixed internal teams is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, AI, infrastructure, or channels are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of channel sales models, partner economics, deal registration, referral structures, and co-selling strategies.
• Familiarity with GPUaaS, accelerated computing, AI/ML and HPC workloads, cloud infrastructure, colocation/data-center environments, and enterprise technology purchasing processes.
• Understanding of participants within the GPU ecosystem and their routes to market.
• Strong business and financial acumen, covering bookings, ACV/TCV, gross margin, pricing, capacity limitations, and partner incentive economics.
• Proficient in CRM-based pipeline management, forecasting, attribution, and sales oversight.
• Expected travel is approximately 25-40% based on business requirements.
