This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of critical marketing strategies and tactics for PTC’s existing and upcoming product lineup.
• Collaborate with the Global Brand Lead and cross-functional teams to convert strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Co-lead or support tactical initiatives for designated brands.
• Work collaboratively across functions and regions to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively, consistently, and punctually.
• Create global tactics and materials, encompassing promotional content, digital programs, congress activities, and educational initiatives for healthcare professionals.
• Identify potential execution risks, operational deficiencies, and emerging business requirements, and implement solutions.
• Offer strategic insights for brand planning by synthesizing data and proposing actionable recommendations.
• Transform strategic objectives into tactical plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables to guarantee high-quality execution.
• Assist in the compliant review, approval, and lifecycle management of materials in Veeva.
• Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and brand budget components in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
• Aid in global brand planning and coordination across various brands, functions, and regions/countries.
• Manage relationships with agencies and external vendors, including project oversight, timelines, deliverables, and status meetings.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulations, and laws.
• Independently manage multiple projects in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Carry out additional tasks and assignments as directed by management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of Global Marketing or Commercial experience within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment is required.
• Strong background in rare disease and brand marketing/product management is preferred.
• Proven track record in executing essential marketing tactics, such as developing promotional materials, implementing digital strategies, supporting congress activities, and providing education for healthcare professionals.
• Expertise in brand development, agency management, and global campaign creation/delivery/localization.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration at global, country, or regional levels or across multiple brands.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly driven, with the ability to foresee challenges, identify opportunities, and progress work with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with Veeva Systems or similar content review and approval platforms; strong preference for knowledge of promotional material review workflows.
• Strong operational and project management abilities, problem-solving skills, comfort in ambiguous situations, and effective prioritization skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
