
Manager, Global Order Management – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a global Order Management team.
• Take ownership of the global post-signature order management process, ensuring the timely and precise booking of customer contracts.
• Act as the main escalation point for intricate deal structures and booking exceptions.
• Evaluate and authorize high-value and non-standard transactions.
• Ensure adherence to booking policies and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Business Application, Operations, and other departments.
• Propel process automation and scalability throughout the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing Salesforce workflows.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly closing activities.
• Maintain documentation that is audit-ready and support SOX compliance efforts.
• Manage ARR tracking and produce performance reports for Finance leadership.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Over 5 years of experience in Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Quote-to-Cash functions within a SaaS or technology environment.
• More than 2 years of experience in people management.
• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS business models, ARR metrics, contract lifecycle management, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Practical knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Extensive expertise with Salesforce, CPQ, Orders, and Approval workflows.
• Experience supporting global sales teams and handling complex deal structures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Background in cybersecurity or enterprise software is preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP is preferred.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls is preferred.
• Experience in leading automation, transformation, or systems implementation projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation, data analysis, or revenue operations intelligence is preferred.
• Must currently reside in the US Eastern Time Zone; candidates in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones will not be considered.
• Equity, bonus, or other compensation may be included, though these are not part of the stated compensation estimate.
