πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Design and execute HR practices and strategies that are in line with business goals.

β€’ Ensure that there is alignment between employees and management within designated business units.

β€’ Serve as a consultant to business partners by fostering partnerships within HR and specified business units.

β€’ Create and implement practices that enhance the overall employee experience.

β€’ Support the organization in achieving business objectives and managing change effectively.

β€’ Implement strategies across various domains including organizational development, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organization design, and change management.

β€’ Identify training requirements for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

β€’ Promote a culture centered around employees that values quality, continuous improvement, high performance, diversity, and inclusion.

β€’ Enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention rates.

β€’ Act as the main point of contact for leadership and employees within assigned departments.

β€’ Offer guidance on workforce planning, strategic operations, and HR practices.

β€’ Provide daily performance management advice, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary measures.

β€’ Ensure compliance with governmental, labor, legal, and reporting obligations.

β€’ Address complex employee relations matters and establish workforce-alignment practices, procedures, and guidelines.

β€’ Analyze business challenges, utilize analytics to identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

β€’ Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate consistent HR practices.

β€’ Formulate a diversity strategy that promotes workforce inclusivity.

β€’ Engage in setting departmental goals, objectives, and systems.

β€’ Monitor the organizational culture to support company objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.

β€’ Maintain and refresh necessary federal and state postings.

β€’ Assist with special projects and undertake additional duties as assigned.

β€’ Travel is required approximately less than 5% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.

β€’ Experience in resolving intricate employee relations issues is preferred.

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience required.

β€’ Exceptional interpersonal skills.

β€’ Strong organizational abilities, time management skills, and attention to detail.

β€’ Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee matters.

β€’ Proven knowledge of organizational design and development principles.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to influence partner decisions to advance departmental and organizational strategy.

β€’ Adaptability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and influence various levels of the organization.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of HR policies/procedures and local, state, and federal employment laws.

β€’ Ability to analyze data, diagnose needs, and make informed decisions swiftly and accurately.

β€’ Excellent teamwork skills, capable of functioning within a matrixed structure.

β€’ Ability to meet departmental and company performance and attendance standards.

β€’ Ability to adhere to PacificSource privacy policies and HIPAA regulations regarding confidentiality and the security of protected health information.

β€’ Proficient in reading and understanding both written and spoken English.

β€’ Capable of clear and effective communication.

β€’ Ability to stoop and bend, sit and/or stand for extended durations, perform repetitive typing/sorting/filing tasks, and lift and carry files and business materials.
