Manager, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning cycle by collaborating with essential business partners to manage P&L, cash flow, and forecasts/budgets.

• Create monthly and quarterly forecasts in partnership with aligned business leaders to enhance forecast accuracy.

• Collaborate closely with the CFO and executive leadership on company-wide strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions corporate development.

• Engage with senior leadership and work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other business partners.

• Develop, monitor, and report significant financial and operational metrics to facilitate data-driven business decisions.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.

• Comprehend operational-planning changes and prepare innovative reporting to examine key trends and support crucial decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience as an FP&A Analyst in a technology company.

• Background in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a Big 4 Accounting firm is essential.

• Preferably, 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Software and SaaS.

• Strong capability to develop financial models and convert data into actionable insights.

• High integrity and sound business judgment; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior leadership.

• Proficient in building partnerships with business stakeholders across the organization.

• Exceptional written and presentation skills; organized and detail-oriented.

• Resourceful and determined; capable of working independently as well as in a team.

• Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to ongoing growth and process evolution.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
