Manager, FP&A – AI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategy, testing, and expansion of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital productivity solutions within Finance and FP&A.

• Identify, prioritize, evaluate, and implement AI use cases that minimize manual tasks in finance.

• Create and sustain AI-assisted workflows for monthly close narratives, board reporting packages, and quarterly business reviews.

• Collaborate with Global IT, data science, and finance stakeholders to convert technical concepts into operational business solutions.

• Set standards and guidelines for responsible AI utilization, encompassing data security, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop accuracy validation.

• Educate finance users on AI-driven processes, promote internal AI literacy, and track performance outcomes.

• Ensure AI tools are compatible with SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, and enterprise data lakes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science is mandatory.

• Over 7 years of combined experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial systems management, or digital transformation.

• Practical experience in deploying AI, machine learning, or RPA tools in a business or finance setting.

• Knowledge of ERP/planning systems such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, or Workday.

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical finance leaders.

• Demonstrated project management and change leadership skills.

• A Master’s Degree or CPA/CMA/CFA is preferred.
