Manager, Financial Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.

• Oversee, support, and deploy Oracle Financials modules within ERP Cloud.

• Lead a small team while ensuring 100% hands-on configuration and support duties.

• Assist users with daily operations, month-end, and year-end tasks.

• Investigate and evaluate business processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Guarantee SOX compliance by documenting changes in systems and permissions.

• Help accounting team members in documenting and refining current processes.

• Keep track of new system updates and highlight potential improvement opportunities.

• Provide user training on system functionalities and workflows.

• Resolve system issues promptly and offer effective solutions.

• Conduct data cleansing to enhance reporting and processes.

• Create innovative solutions for complex challenges.

• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and other business teams within the Enterprise Applications team.

• Assist with acquisitions and divestitures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong accounting background; CPA designation preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience supporting Oracle, with at least half of that focused on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.

• Experience with financial system audits and controls.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working with finance and accounting personnel at all levels.

• In-depth knowledge of GL, GIS, AP, and Cash Management modules; Procurement experience preferred.

• Familiarity with Order to Cash processes is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of role structures.

• Knowledge of OTBI and fundamental Oracle table architectures.

• Proven experience in writing documentation and conducting training.

• Ability to design, propose, and document dynamic solutions.

• Experience in end-user environments to support daily operations and close activities.

• Strong capability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust to a changing environment.

• Experience in a global, multi-entity, multi-currency setting.
