Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders across departments to offer insights on financial performance and operational drivers.

• Improve financial reporting tools, automation, and processes to enhance efficiency.

• Assist in meeting quarterly, annual, and medium-term financial commitments through performance management systems and capabilities.

• Organize regular business reviews.

• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual executive financial summaries that include results, risks, and opportunities.

• Establish standardized processes and reporting packages for assessing business performance across regional markets.

• Aid in the Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly forecasts through tools and analysis.

• Lead financial analysis of business performance outcomes and key performance indicators.

• Facilitate business prioritization and strategic decision-making.

• Foster relationships throughout the organization and align FP&A with the growth agenda of the business.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, acting as the primary business partner for Global Portfolio Solutions, Lease Administration, and SaaS.

• Report directly to the VP of FP&A.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressively responsible financial experience within a complex finance organization.

• Exceptional professional track record.

• Proven success at a rapidly growing company involved in M&A, new product launches, and operational simplification.

• Experience with P&L accountability in a finance context.

• Enterprise-level experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with utilizing information technology in finance to drive performance and productivity improvements.

• Demonstrated history of implementing best practices for management reporting systems and processes.

• Track record of building relationships at all organizational levels.

• Familiarity with real estate and professional services firms is preferred but not mandatory.

• Capability to extract actionable insights from data.

• Collaborative and team-oriented work style.

• Ability to collaboratively evaluate a business's finance organization and talent needs.

• Executive presence complemented by excellent listening, communication, and influencing abilities.
