This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Contribute to the advancement and accomplishment of CareAllies’ financial and business goals through strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in managing the Company's FP&A processes, which include financial forecasting and actuals, long-range planning, value-based care contract performance, and the implementation of financial systems.
• Support or lead essential organizational financial initiatives, encompassing FP&A, short-term integration, VBC scenario analytics, growth opportunities, and VBC contract modeling.
• Report to and collaborate closely with the VP of FP&A.
• Work in partnership with functional executive leaders, including the CFO and other department heads.
• Initiate improvements in processes and support financial management in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.
• 5 years of experience in FP&A, market finance, strategic, and/or financial areas.
• Expertise in advanced financial analysis and modeling, including multi-year financial models with diverse assumptions and scenarios.
• Independent problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey a financial narrative and produce impactful slides.
• Highly analytical with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, particularly with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Capacity to manage a diverse range of projects and shifting priorities.
• Ability to explain both technical and basic business concepts to team members and internal/external stakeholders.
• Emphasis on compliance, risk management, and process controls.
• Alignment with the Company’s corporate mission/values and a commitment to innovation in healthcare.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Supports an open, inclusive culture that promotes learning and encourages collaboration.
• Preferred: Experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate FP&A, or other highly strategic roles.
• Preferred: Background in the health care industry and value-based care.
• Preferred: Experience in long-range planning with the management of a core financial model.
• Preferred: Experience in owning consolidated company budget/forecasting cycles and working cross-functionally with budget owners.
• Preferred: Experience within a finance team at a small company (fewer than 1,000 employees).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Oak Brook, Illinois; remote work is restricted to the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.
