This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of approximately 50 Field Service Representatives in support of both domestic and international customer sites.
• Coordinate field engineering assistance for system installation, integration, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program teams to address field issues and enhance product performance.
• Create deployment strategies, staffing models, and support schedules.
• Monitor communications from FSRs and customer sites, and liaise with internal personnel.
• Keep records related to FSR performance, awards, disciplinary measures, and core competencies.
• Hold weekly teleconferences with sites, FSRs, customers, program managers, and engineering teams.
• Generate necessary reports for program managers and external clients.
• Review and authorize timecards, travel expense reports, and payroll submissions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, export controls, safety standards, and customer procedures.
• Assist in proposal and new business initiatives, which include SOW reviews, requirements derivation, estimates, and contract negotiations.
• Aid in proposal formulation, cost estimation, manpower planning, and risk assessments.
• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships.
• Travel as necessary to customer, operational, testing, and field locations.
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Over 2 years of experience in leading teams, projects, or field support personnel.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, customer-oriented environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional short-notice travel, as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearance, if applicable.
• Background in aerospace, defense, telecommunications, electronics, mission systems, or other highly regulated technical sectors.
• Experience supporting CONUS and OCONUS deployments and rotations.
• Familiarity with training development, certification programs, and planning for the technical workforce.
