Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and promptly.

• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, such as ATMs and self-checkout systems, within a designated territory.

• Conduct scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.

• Diagnose and address issues related to hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.

• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.

• Organize and prioritize customer issues, proactively addressing problems whenever feasible.

• Communicate with customers in an open, professional, and helpful manner with a focus on resolutions.

• Engage in virtual and hands-on training programs offered by NCR Atleos.

• Adhere to NCR Atleos policies, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and safe driving requirements.

• Perform additional related duties as required by qualifications and business needs.

• May be reassigned to neighboring service territories during standard shifts to fulfill operational requirements.

• May choose to participate in overnight travel assignments to enhance broader service coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Local candidate within the designated geographic area.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age of 19 years.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that complies with NCR Atleos fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiar with operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness to travel with several hours of driving each day.

• Availability for rotating shifts and weekends.

• Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Capable of bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and performing repetitive hand movements with various sized objects.

• Familiar with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.

• A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification is preferred.

• One (1) or more years of relevant experience is preferable.
