Manager, Executive Talent Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Creates solutions for career development, talent planning, and performance management.

• Collaborates with HR partners and business leaders to design and execute talent discussions and succession planning tools for the organization.

• Develops programs that foster associate and leadership growth.

• Establishes a unified approach to mentoring and career progression.

• Designs and oversees performance management processes and tools.

• Works in partnership with SSC and field professionals beyond the workgroup.

• Reports to the Senior Manager of Performance Systems, focusing on Talent Planning, Performance Management, and Career Development.

• Requires typically less than 10% of overnight travel.

• Holds no direct supervisory responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Familiarity with Performance Management and Talent Planning processes.

• Project management experience within a corporate environment.

• Analytical skills to assist in evaluating employee data.

• Proficient in facilitation, presentation, and negotiation.

• Understanding of employment law.

• A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; capable of effectively interacting with all organizational levels.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong project management capabilities; able to initiate project plans while managing multiple shifting deadlines and priorities.

• Discretion in handling confidential information.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with various work demands.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
