This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee the complete life-cycle project management for extensive, multi-workstream projects.
• Establish project scope, create timelines, design workflows, and facilitate cross-functional execution.
• Take ownership of program results and continuous operations in line with goals, policies, and governance standards.
• Deliver high-level support and resolution for executive-related issues.
• Create communications for program launches, updates, and annual processes.
• Coordinate integrations involving systems, data, payroll, and processes, encompassing requirements, testing, reconciliation, validation, issue resolution, and implementation.
• Develop and sustain reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Execute audits and compliance assessments.
• Collaborate with payroll on yearly calculations and data validation.
• Manage relationships with vendors, including performance, service delivery, issue resolution, contract processes, data integrity, and business alignment.
• Work together with HR, payroll, digital, legal, supply chain, and risk management teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in cross-functional project management is essential.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Must be able to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
• Preferred: Experience in project management leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Preferred: Knowledge in continuous improvement, process automation, AI integration, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact.
• Preferred: Strong skills in customer relations, particularly in supporting senior leaders.
• Preferred: Capabilities in problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and root-cause analysis.
• Preferred: Financial understanding related to payroll concepts, compensation data, forecasting, and compliance processes.
• Preferred: Competence in data analytics, reporting, trend analysis, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience in creating materials for executive-level presentations.
• Preferred: Background in a large multinational organization.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
