Manager, Enterprise Implementation – Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of the team

• Achieve outcomes related to team KPIs and organizational OKRs

• Manage executive-level relationships with stakeholders and lead the resolution of escalations for at-risk, high-ACV accounts

• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and safeguard renewal and expansion prospects

• Mentor consultants through intricate, multi-site technical implementations, covering hardware deployment logistics and system/API integrations

• Recognize and execute opportunities for process improvements, including enhancements in systems efficiency and increased automation through data

• Lead proactively with a readiness to engage directly in tasks

• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural values as the company expands globally and opens new offices

• Recruit, nurture, and lead a diverse, engaged, high-performing team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a services team, with a focus on supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments

• Proven experience in managing Enterprise (medium/high touch) accounts or account management initiatives

• Preferably experienced in SaaS and/or IoT/hardware implementations

• Strong work ethic, prioritization skills, and emotional intelligence

• Proficient in managing escalations and maintaining relationships with executive stakeholders on complex, high-value accounts

• Familiarity with customer success CRMs such as Gainsight and/or PSA tools

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Strong inclination for proactive action and a vision for high standards

• Experience in project/program management; PMP or similar certification is a plus

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
