This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of enterprise HR communications that align with essential HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR Communications team to foster a unified approach for enterprise-level HR initiatives and campaigns.
• Enhance Raytheon HR communications by crafting, implementing, and evaluating integrated plans that align with functional, business, and enterprise objectives.
• Work in partnership with the Raytheon Employee Communications team to ensure HR communications and priorities are incorporated into the enterprise communications strategy, editorial, and metrics processes.
• Develop and manage content for intranet articles, newsletters, emails, and presentations.
• Assess the effectiveness of communications, address issues, and modify plans based on feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated on enterprise HR programs and initiatives to foresee communication needs and proactively advise stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience, or 12 years of applicable experience without a degree.
• Proven experience in creating and implementing employee communication strategies that have a measurable impact on business objectives.
• Strong ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Demonstrated experience in employee communications, ideally within a matrixed corporate setting.
• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities with a focus on detail and quality.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
• Project management expertise, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement through metrics, feedback collection, and evaluation/analytics.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information under this program/contract.
• Must be based in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. Territories.
