📋 Description

• Manage, develop, and support the team of Clinical Specialists, fostering a culture centered on clinical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

• Be responsible for organizing the team's workload, planning field activities, efficiently utilizing resources, and monitoring key performance indicators related to the quality of clinical support and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in implementing advanced medical therapies, particularly in the area of wound treatment, by providing expert clinical knowledge, optimizing therapies, and collaborating with medical staff.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure high-quality clinical support during product rollouts, training sessions, and consultations for key clients.

• Create and conduct educational programs, workshops, scientific presentations, and development initiatives for healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education in medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or a related field connected to healthcare.

• Several years of professional experience in clinical support, medical technology, wound care, or a related medical environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in team management and effectively developing employee competencies.

• Documented experience collaborating with medical personnel, conducting clinical training, and supporting the implementation of modern medical technologies.

• Good understanding of the healthcare system, clinical processes, and principles of evidence-based care.

• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, along with a valid category B driver's license.
