This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Manage, develop, and support the team of Clinical Specialists, fostering a culture centered on clinical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
β’ Be responsible for organizing the team's workload, planning field activities, efficiently utilizing resources, and monitoring key performance indicators related to the quality of clinical support and customer satisfaction.
β’ Assist in implementing advanced medical therapies, particularly in the area of wound treatment, by providing expert clinical knowledge, optimizing therapies, and collaborating with medical staff.
β’ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure high-quality clinical support during product rollouts, training sessions, and consultations for key clients.
β’ Create and conduct educational programs, workshops, scientific presentations, and development initiatives for healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and ethical standards.
β’ Higher education in medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or a related field connected to healthcare.
β’ Several years of professional experience in clinical support, medical technology, wound care, or a related medical environment.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in team management and effectively developing employee competencies.
β’ Documented experience collaborating with medical personnel, conducting clinical training, and supporting the implementation of modern medical technologies.
β’ Good understanding of the healthcare system, clinical processes, and principles of evidence-based care.
β’ Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, along with a valid category B driver's license.
