This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee the strategic growth and enhancement of the Neurovascular portfolio.
• Develop brand and portfolio strategies while translating global priorities into marketing initiatives, customer engagement efforts, and commercial programs.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, portfolio development, educational strategies, and customer outreach initiatives.
• Establish annual and long-term brand and indication strategies to meet growth, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Design and disseminate scalable marketing resources, tools, campaigns, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for education, brand experience, and customer engagement for both internal and external audiences.
• Cultivate relationships with local marketers, sales teams, internal stakeholders, and key customers/KOLs.
• Develop annual marketing strategies and portfolio roadmaps spanning a 3–5 year timeframe.
• Project demand and foster relationships with supply chain partners.
• Define and manage regional product lifecycles, including product launches and discontinuations.
• Evaluate business performance, brand perception, and factors influencing future brand success; outline corrective measures.
• Collaborate on new product development, line extensions, and mergers & acquisitions activities.
• Identify training needs within the organization and develop relevant content and training programs.
• Organize customer engagement events, facility tours, congresses, hands-on opportunities, and medical education initiatives.
• Oversee branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing informed by market, customer, and competitive insights.
• Develop key opinion leaders to advocate for the brand.
• Coordinate healthcare professional academy plans and implement them in alignment with the power brand strategy.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing marketing team.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience is required.
• An MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the medical device or marketing field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in people management is preferred.
• Experience in the neurovascular sector is preferred.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
• Willingness to travel 30% is expected.
• Flexibility in remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements.
