This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management, development, coordination, and staffing of technical teams within an Agile framework.

• Act as a leader, mentor, and strategic collaborator.

• Direct the delivery of dependable, scalable, and business-centric integration solutions that support systems for marketing, sales, and licensing of Mastercam.

• Lead, coach, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team that integrates internal systems.

• Establish performance expectations, set goals, and create development plans through one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and career discussions.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

• Manage the daily support and administration of essential business systems and integrations.

• Ensure that incidents, service requests, and production issues are triaged, prioritized, and resolved in accordance with service expectations.

• Enhance support processes, system reliability, monitoring, and documentation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Owners to prioritize tasks, manage backlogs, and align resources with company objectives.

• Define, estimate, and implement projects and enhancement requests while tracking delivery metrics, team capacity, project health, and risks.

• Assist with cross-functional initiatives and enterprise programs.

• Contribute to the technology roadmap and strategic planning for Digital Systems.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations and APIs utilizing MuleSoft, Salesforce, ERP, and related business applications.

• More than 3 years of experience in leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.

• Strong grasp of system architecture, data modeling, scalable integration patterns, software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, release management, and support operations.

• Experience in balancing project delivery priorities alongside production support responsibilities.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, stakeholder management, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Proven capability to align technology initiatives with business goals and assist others in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Preferred: Experience in creating and maintaining OpenAPI specifications and interactive API documentation using Swagger and Scalar.

• MuleSoft and/or Salesforce certification(s) are preferred.
