📋 Description

• Lead analytical projects aimed at evaluating and enhancing campaign performance, generating actionable insights, and promoting data-driven decision-making.

• Develop measurement strategies for cross-channel campaigns by aligning key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement solutions with business goals and campaign strategies.

• Conduct analyses that clarify what occurred, why it occurred, the significance of the findings, and recommended actions.

• Create, maintain, and present dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools that track KPIs and measure campaign success.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships while facilitating strategic discussions.

• Bridge the gap between data and concepts for clients and internal teams, while also anticipating client requirements.

• Predict audience and campaign performance benchmarks to provide optimization insights.

• Oversee and mentor a small team of junior analysts.

• Cultivate business relationships with AdTech partners to manage and acquire data.

• Provide clear requirements to reporting and engineering teams for data and deliverables that are ready for reporting.

• Keep up-to-date with trends in media analytics, measurement technologies, and industry benchmarks.

• Collaborate with teams involved in media client experience, strategy, creative, and client management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline, or at least 4 years of experience in an analytical role.

• Experience in media or marketing is highly preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital media metrics, attribution models, and performance tracking methodologies across various channels: display, video, search, social, retail, etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to convert complex data into actionable insights.

• Polished client-facing skills and the ability to effectively engage with all levels within an agency structure.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and data visualization communication skills, along with proactive management of agency client-group priorities.

• High proficiency with big data/cloud platforms (AWS, BigQuery, Snowflake) and Excel.

• Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.

• Familiarity with Brand Lift Surveying, Cross-Media Measurement Solutions, Circana, Dynata, DISQO, etc.

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R is advantageous.
