Manager, Dealer Success – Operations, Account Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the success and professional development of a team of Digital Account Managers catering to PureCars’ enterprise clients.

• Supervise daily and weekly activities of direct reports and monitor digital marketing performance for each account.

• Actively identify opportunities for account growth and potential churn risks.

• Serve as the main escalation point for complex or high-level customer challenges.

• Recommend and implement solutions to address customer issues.

• Foster and lead a high-performance culture aimed at achieving business goals.

• Collaborate with Performance and Sales leadership to enhance communication and process efficiencies.

• Analyze performance data at the individual, team, and account levels with direct reports.

• Communicate performance data to the Director of Client Experience, Direct Accounts.

• Develop and manage actionable plans for future improvements.

• Identify training requirements and provide timely, constructive feedback.

• Interact directly with clients and facilitate or observe technical QBR calls.

• Present performance metrics for the entire book of business to internal executives.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.

• Experience in automotive digital advertising and marketing technology is highly desirable.

• Proven success in managing a substantial book of clients within a digital marketing or SaaS context.

• Strong technical expertise in paid and organic Search, Programmatic, and Social Media digital marketing technologies and best practices.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring Account Managers.

• Skilled in monitoring direct-report activity metrics and recognizing churn risks and growth potential within client accounts.

• Familiarity with Account Management best practices and the ability to educate and scale effective methods across teams.

• Proficient in organizing and delegating team responsibilities and processes.

• Strong data-driven decision-making combined with a human-centered approach to relationship management.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, up to 30% as necessary.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Required to disclose if employment sponsorship is currently or potentially needed.
