Manager, Curation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for the launch and refresh of content for series and films.

• Manage merchandise for homepage marquees, carousels, collections, show groups, and virtual live linear channels.

• Collaborate with Programming, Marketing, and Product Merchandising teams to accurately present content priorities in a timely manner.

• Assist in the curation for the launch of new markets, features, and platforms.

• Curate live sports and events across various digital platforms.

• Create schedules for themed channels accessible in the U.S.

• Maintain an asset catalog and devise strategies for the channel structure.

• Oversee Paramount+ global websites and applications.

• Work alongside marketing and programming on corporate priorities and initiatives.

• Facilitate video delivery and publishing workflows across sites and applications.

• Offer guidance and support to junior staff across various regions.

• Mentor direct reports and promote growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant manager-level experience.

• Proficient in adapting to new content management systems.

• Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop.

• Proficient in Google Suite.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Efficient in handling long-term projects.

• Good understanding of digital platforms and factors that enhance user engagement.

• Able to troubleshoot effectively under tight deadlines.

• Previous experience with Jira and Salesforce is advantageous.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on global live event schedules.
