This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Lead a team of Corporate Account Executives while managing recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and mentoring efforts.
• Participate in client meetings, facilitate important discussions, and coordinate internal resources to eliminate obstacles.
• Conduct team meetings to assess pipeline, forecast performance, strategize, and provide sales and product training.
• Guide early-career Account Executives in prospecting, pipeline creation, sales calls, deal navigation, and closing techniques.
• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Maintain effective feedback loops between Sales and Engineering, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Support teams.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships on sales approaches and operational workflows.
• Work together with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Identify product and technology gaps and relay insights to Product and Leadership teams.
• Provide reports on team performance, metrics, customer insights, challenges, and sales projections.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in frontline sales leadership or management roles.
• Experience in managing mid-market sales operations with a measurable impact on acquiring new logos and growing ARR.
• Proven track record of leading Account Executive teams to surpass pipeline and revenue goals.
• Successful in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing high-performing sales talent.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Strong skills in coaching and mentoring.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Comprehensive understanding of the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure.
• Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce, forecasting tools, and sales analytics.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Capability to navigate complex deals while aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic, data-driven approach.
• Proactive adoption of AI and familiarity with emerging technologies.
