📋 Description

• Lead and expand the sales engineering team for the core product lineup, including the Gen AI sector, throughout the United States.

• Collaborate with GTM Sales Leaders, Product Management, and Engineering to implement strategic solutions and finalize deals for clients and partners.

• Recruit, mentor, and nurture the sales engineering team.

• Enhance and scale sales engineering processes, encompassing discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Team up with sales leadership and clients to design and present business solutions that drive revenue growth.

• Operate within a matrixed environment to promote and support the Zscaler portfolio through value-driven selling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.

• Proven curiosity and active engagement with AI tools, along with a successful history of integrating new technologies to improve daily workflows and enhance problem-solving capabilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Established record in sales or systems engineering.

• Experience in managing and leading a sales engineering team.

• Demonstrated skills in mentoring, coaching, and talent development.

• Technical proficiency in cybersecurity and networking.

• Proven ability to articulate value-based selling in a matrixed GTM environment.

• Experience with Zscaler or competing solutions is preferred.

• Strong understanding of SaaS-based technologies and regulatory compliance is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with large GTM and Partner Ecosystems in a matrix environment is preferred.
