This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +31 more states.
• Direct a portfolio of key customer implementations from initial discovery to go-live, encompassing workflow analysis, solution design, project management, and change management strategies.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with executive sponsors, governance teams, and clinical leadership.
• Lead governance meetings, executive business reviews, and strategic conversations.
• Identify implementation risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and ensure favorable customer outcomes.
• Act as the primary escalation contact for customer, operational, and implementation issues.
• Supervise implementation standards and pinpoint areas for continuous improvement and scalability.
• Relay implementation progress, health of the portfolio, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Guide, mentor, and develop Clinical Workflow Implementation Managers.
• Offer mentorship, performance evaluations, career advancement opportunities, and strategic guidance.
• Monitor team performance, implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and overall project health.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management activities.
• Establish best practices, methodologies, repeatable playbooks, tools, and operational processes for implementation.
• Utilize knowledge of inpatient hospital operations, patient throughput, bed management, admissions, transfers, and discharge workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on implementation processes, product roadmap insights, case studies, and user community engagement.
• Leverage implementation metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to drive ongoing improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Background in healthcare, particularly in inpatient operations management, patient flow, capacity management, nursing leadership, or a relevant clinical specialty.
• Over 8 years of experience in working with hospitals or healthcare operations.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing capacity, such as management consulting, implementation management, or customer success.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and overseeing customer-facing teams.
• Proven track record in building, scaling, or transforming implementation, consulting, or customer-facing operations through process enhancement and organizational growth.
• Demonstrated expertise in patient throughput, bed management, admissions, transfers, discharge planning, and hospital operations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, organizational agility, and project management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, presentation abilities, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven capacity to influence change within complex healthcare organizations using data-driven insights, problem-solving, and change management strategies.
• Ability to manage direct customer ownership while leading and nurturing a high-performing team.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
• An RN license or other clinical licensure with substantial inpatient hospital experience is advantageous.
• A graduate degree, Lean or Six Sigma certification, experience in healthcare technology or enterprise software implementation, and organizational change leadership experience are desirable.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
