Manager, Client Technology Staging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of backend configuration and technical administration for applications and systems that support computer deployments, user additions, and user removals.

• Design, sustain, and enhance automated workflows for Windows and macOS computer builds and user lifecycle management.

• Set up and manage Microsoft Intune policies, applications, compliance policies, enrollment configurations, device configuration profiles, and automated enrollment processes.

• Configure and oversee Microsoft Entra settings that facilitate device identity, authentication, access, application integrations, and device lifecycle management.

• Manage Microsoft 365 settings that influence user provisioning, licensing, applications, authentication, and device deployment.

• Administer Active Directory configurations pertinent to computer builds and user lifecycle management.

• Create and uphold standardized deployment configurations and processes across various client environments.

• Diagnose failures in automated PC build and user lifecycle workflows, determine root causes, and implement enduring solutions.

• Assess application and system dependencies to avert adverse effects on downstream processes.

• Develop configuration standards, technical documentation, and best practices.

• Identify opportunities for automation enhancements, reduce manual tasks, boost deployment consistency, and enhance process reliability.

• Engage in the design and implementation of tools, integrations, and automation.

• Monitor system performance, deployment success rates, and recurring technical challenges for ongoing improvement.

• Experience or knowledge in configuring and maintaining Microsoft Entra settings for device identity, authentication, access, application integrations, and device lifecycle management.

• Experience or knowledge in configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365 settings for user provisioning, licensing, applications, authentication, and device deployment.

• Experience or knowledge in managing Active Directory configurations, including organizational units, security groups, group policies, computer objects, user accounts, and domain-related dependencies.
