Manager – Client Operations

📋 Description

• Enhance client satisfaction and service by evaluating service delivery metrics and team processes.

• Propel process improvement initiatives and operational excellence across various accounts.

• Establish and implement best practices, support account stabilization and optimization, and assess delivery analytics.

• Advise client service leaders on aspects of flexibility, scalability, and resource allocation.

• Analyze trends and opportunities, assess business impact, and formulate recommendations or alternatives.

• Collaborate with shared services to alleviate disruptions and guarantee smooth execution.

• Develop and monitor productivity metrics to fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Assist in setting and tracking fill goals while ensuring accurate forecasting.

• Oversee process and technology effectiveness to provide consistent experiences for clients and candidates.

• Investigate and resolve operational issues while formulating corrective action plans.

• Spearhead change management initiatives for new processes and procedures.

• Manage projects, create programs, and execute initiatives to enhance the overall experience.

• Communicate project updates, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones, and other metrics to service delivery leaders and team members.

• Promote best-practice sharing and the adoption of operational excellence.

• Lead the development and delivery of training to boost operational efficiency, compliance, service, and client satisfaction.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least five years of experience in talent solutions or operational excellence is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on Return on Investment (ROI).

• Capability to analyze trends, opportunities, variability, and business impacts through structured data analysis.

• Experience in action planning and execution, including measuring effectiveness and customizing updates based on portfolio/client requirements.

• Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies and prior experience with implementing process improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
