Manager, Client Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the RCM client relationship and ensure the success of the revenue cycle in partnership with the Customer Satisfaction team.

• Manage and execute the contracted scope of services, which includes client communication, service coordination, policy and procedure maintenance, and performance metrics.

• Cultivate relationships with mid to large and/or complex clients, guided by a senior Revenue Cycle Account Manager.

• Establish and uphold internal budgeting and client performance expectations.

• Conduct regular meetings with client contacts to provide expertise in revenue cycle management and consult on process improvements.

• Coordinate internal service teams and collaborate with partners to minimize recurring errors and identify resource requirements.

• Ensure consistency of internal messaging and deliverables across various service teams.

• Guarantee that service level agreements are fulfilled and devise action plans for resolving issues.

• Maintain compliance with best practices, policies, and procedures; proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.

• Spot opportunities to promote additional services, referrals, references, and case studies; support the sales team accordingly.

• Oversee client relationships that are broader in scope, size, and/or complexity than those managed by a Revenue Cycle Account Manager I.

• Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing team environment.

• Carry out other responsibilities that align with the overall goals of the position.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Management Information Systems, or a related field, or any combination of education and experience that would provide the necessary qualifications.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, revenue cycle management, or a comparable field.

• Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management best practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
