Manager, CDI Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the creation and implementation of automated, self-service dashboards utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.

• Personalize dashboards for various audiences, including executive summaries for the C-Suite and detailed chart-level data for CDI specialists.

• Recruit, train, and guide business system analysts in technical competencies, SQL, data visualization, and clinical/coding expertise.

• Collaborate with Physician Advisors and CDI Directors to communicate data insights to clinical personnel.

• Adapt data presentations to illustrate how documentation discrepancies affect physicians' specific quality profiles.

• Manage the extraction and integration of data from EHR systems, coding applications, and billing databases.

• Develop a consolidated data warehouse for CDI analytics.

• Monitor and evaluate CDI KPIs, including CMI, CC and MCC capture rates, along with SOI/ROM scores.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensure relevant to the state in which the work is conducted is required.

• A High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• Project Management Professional certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, scripting languages (Python, Tableau, Power BI, Apps Script), SQL, visualization tools, and clinical/coding knowledge is necessary.

• A strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, or EHR data integration principles is essential.

• Project Management and CCDS certification is required.
