Manager, Business Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead multifaceted business and technology projects from the initial problem definition to implementation, adoption, stabilization, and transition to ongoing management.

• Collaborate with business leaders to establish objectives, define scope, set priorities, identify success measures, and outline constraints.

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including process mapping, gathering requirements, analyzing data, identifying root causes, and developing as well as evaluating solutions.

• Convert business requirements into actionable delivery plans, including milestones, responsible parties, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.

• Coordinate efforts among business teams, technology teams, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution, accountability, and prompt decision-making.

• Provide leadership for projects and perform hands-on analysis for initiatives that lack dedicated project management or business analysis resources.

• Ensure that requirements are documented, validated, and traceable throughout testing, implementation, and business acceptance phases.

• Plan and coordinate testing, training, communication, cutover, adoption, and post-implementation support activities.

• Monitor and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource limitations.

• Escalate significant decisions and risks as necessary.

• Verify that delivered solutions meet the intended business objectives.

• Communicate progress to stakeholders and consistently enhance delivery practices, tools, and methodologies.

• Establish and report on individual social, environmental, and job-function improvement objectives.

• Comply with Orgain’s environmental policies, as well as company policies and procedures.

• Assist in improving Orgain’s social and environmental effect.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex cross-functional business and technology transformation projects.

• Experience in management consulting is preferred.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from ambiguous business requirements to implementation, adoption, and realization of value.

• Strong business analysis skills, including process design, requirements gathering, data analysis, root-cause identification, and solution assessment.

• Experience in delivering technology-driven change involving enterprise applications, integrations, data/reporting automation, and preferably ERP or supply chain platforms.

• Proficient in collaborating across business and technical teams while leading testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-launch stabilization efforts.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and resource constraints effectively.

• Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.

• Competence in driving and influencing complex decision-making processes and building consensus.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

• Self-motivated with a proven sense of accountability.

• Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.

• Capability to work remotely.
