District Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth of Services sales by establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships between Service Providers and Home Services.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of Service Providers, which includes sourcing, onboarding, expansion, contraction, and termination.

• Analyze customer feedback to pinpoint opportunities for service enhancement.

• Address Customer Care cases, escalations, service-related issues, and compliance matters.

• Perform Partnership Reviews along with regular check-ins with Service Providers.

• Evaluate performance, ensure adherence to compliance, analyze metrics, and collaborate on improvement initiatives.

• Identify, assess, and onboard new Service Providers.

• Build a pipeline of qualified partners and guarantee optimal service coverage.

• Lead training and development sessions for Service Providers and organize provider events.

• Conduct inspections at job sites and during installations.

• Facilitate monthly compliance reviews and audit evaluations.

• Assist stores with onboarding, managing escalations, organizing promotional events, and participating in Home Shows.

• Participate in training sessions and weekly management meetings.

• Oversee calendars and project upcoming work forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Possess knowledge or experience in a retail store environment, home improvement sector, or the general construction industry.

• Experience in managing residential remodeling projects.

• Proven project management abilities.

• Capability to negotiate, address complaints, resolve disputes, and manage grievances with both internal and external customers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma and/or GED required.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
