This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and assess both outbound and inbound leads through various channels including phone, email, social media messaging, and other available platforms.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, which includes lead qualification, pricing, contract negotiations, forecasting, and closing both won and lost opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly objectives related to capability demonstrations, proposals submitted, and new business acquired.
• Become a subject matter expert on CRIO products and understand their influence on customers' businesses.
• Establish and sustain relationships with prospects, key clients, clinical research sites, academic institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize CRM software to monitor and manage sales activities while documenting customer interactions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and the offerings of competitors.
• Enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and self-education.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering teams.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies and plans aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.
• Travel occasionally for trade shows and client meetings.
• Demonstrated history of success within a target-driven sales environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and establishing trust.
• High level of integrity and respect for others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts.
• Proficient in CRM software and various sales tools.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
• Aspiration to pursue a career in sales.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development.
• Proven record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience as a clinical research site coordinator or in a similar role (preferred).
• Must be able to work from anywhere in the US and be available according to the EST time zone.
