Manager, Brand Performance Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategic plans via market visits, performance evaluations, and virtual consultations.

• Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance revenue, market share, and guest satisfaction.

• Examine performance metrics and market trends to uncover opportunities and drive outcomes.

• Provide training and assistance to foster a culture of service, improve loyalty program implementation, and boost team member engagement.

• Ensure a consistent and elevated Honors experience for both guests and team members.

• Serve as a liaison between corporate teams and hotel operations to synchronize standards, initiatives, and regional objectives.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions and foster accountability.

• Oversee the rollout of brand initiatives across various properties.

• Report directly to the Senior Director BPS CALA.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the hospitality sector, with a robust background in both operations and commercial strategy.

• Expertise in Salesforce, GDS, MicroStrategy, PMS, and other hospitality systems.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Willingness to travel up to 40-50% of the time.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or considered useful.

• At least three (3) years of leadership experience in a property or corporate role is preferred or considered useful.

• Experience in managing multi-property portfolios and cross-functional teams is preferred or considered useful.
