Brand Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the Odos brand identity, including its tone, visual elements, and narrative positioning.

• Develop and communicate the Odos story, values, and significance.

• Establish and document guidelines for brand voice, tone, and messaging.

• Craft taglines, product narratives, and slogans for campaigns.

• Lead the creation of a compelling hero brand video or an impactful launch campaign.

• Collaborate with the Head of Product and Design Lead to ensure brand consistency across UI/UX.

• Foster awareness in the DeFi ecosystem through storytelling, ecosystem connections, and cultural insight.

• Direct agency, content, and design partners or assemble a creative team.

• Enhance the visibility of Odos at conferences, podcasts, Twitter, and other platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building or refining a Web3 brand (protocol, product, or media), or in crafting viral narratives.

• Background in an agency or startup environment as a brand strategist, creative director, or narrative PMM.

• Exceptional writing skills across various platforms, including tweets, presentations, and main copy.

• Comprehensive understanding of DeFi and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Skilled at recognizing and utilizing cultural moments effectively.

• Experience leading collaborative initiatives with design, growth, and product teams.

• Bonus: Familiarity with leading blockchain protocols.

• Bonus: Track record of launching brand campaigns, products, or rebrands.

• Bonus: Experience collaborating with Web3 content creators, podcasters, and influencers.

• Bonus: Experience in crafting narratives or brand decks for founders.
