This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee the design and implementation of talent management initiatives within the stores organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
β’ Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to pinpoint critical talent risks, identify capability gaps, and explore succession opportunities.
β’ Lead efforts in talent assessment, succession planning, and developing leadership pipeline strategies.
β’ Facilitate high-potential talent programs and initiatives aimed at talent acceleration.
β’ Assess the overall health of organizational talent and propose strategies to enhance bench strength and leadership readiness.
β’ Assist in talent review processes across designated business units.
β’ Generate data-driven insights about talent concerning performance, potential, readiness, retention risk, and succession planning.
β’ Create materials and presentations for executive talent reviews intended for senior leadership teams.
β’ Track succession health metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of the leadership pipeline.
β’ Develop and deliver workforce analytics that support strategic talent and organizational decision-making.
β’ Examine turnover, retention, engagement, internal mobility, workforce demographics, and trends in talent movement.
β’ Detect emerging workforce risks and opportunities using predictive and diagnostic analytics.
β’ Transform complex data into recommendations suitable for executive-level decision-making and actionable business insights.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert in people analytics and workforce intelligence.
β’ Construct workforce forecasting models that align with growth plans, labor optimization, and organizational design initiatives.
β’ Review organizational structures and assess workforce effectiveness for alignment with business strategies.
β’ Aid in organizational transformation, restructuring, and change management efforts through thorough workforce analysis.
β’ Identify areas for enhancement in talent processes, reporting capabilities, and decision-making frameworks.
β’ Establish workforce metrics and dashboards that facilitate strategic planning.
β’ Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
β’ Create executive dashboards and scorecards to provide insights into workforce trends and talent outcomes.
β’ Present workforce insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and executive teams.
β’ Develop automated reporting solutions that increase efficiency and support informed decision-making.
β’ Ensure consistency in reporting, data integrity, and adherence to governance standards across HR data sources.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR Strategy, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Effectiveness.
β’ Proven experience in leading talent review and succession planning initiatives.
β’ Demonstrated ability to create workforce dashboards and executive-level reports.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
