Manager, Agile Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product backlog for applications.

• Prioritize tasks based on evolving business requirements.

• Provide direct management to the Product Services and Project Services teams.

• Lead development and delivery processes using Agile Scrum methodology.

• Engage in and facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.

• Assess and report on the technical performance of team members assigned.

• Identify and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the functional architecture of business systems, detailed systems design, configuration, or program specifications.

• Achieve IT system outcomes that align with user and organizational needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree with three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of experience in the same fields; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Candidates must reside within the United States.

• Availability for travel within the catchment area as necessary.

• An advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in a healthcare claims environment and application development, SDLC, ALM, and SQL is preferred.

• Familiarity with Project Management principles, agile methodologies, and ownership of product portfolios is preferred.

• Experience supervising two (2) or more employees or acting in a lead role for at least one (1) year is preferred.

• Microsoft application certifications such as MTA, MCSA, MCSD, or equivalent certifications are desired.
